Design process
INTAKE
This phase starts with our initial project meeting to discuss your goals. It includes the site visit and the offer.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Once the floor-plans are finalized we continue by choosing materials that reflect the mood boards, create elevations and discuss the custom elements in 2d and 3d.
ESTHETIC SUPERVISION
Typically, the work does not end once the design phases are over: to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to the design, I would be delighted to supervise the parties involved in the realization of the process
CONCEPT DESIGN
First design proposal where I will transform your wishes into a concept design, usually in the form of sketches, moods and floor-plans.
FINAL DESIGN
Time to really dive into the details.
In this phase I will deliver to you all the drawings and lists necessary to request quotes from interior builders and contractors. If preferable, I would be happy to assist you during this process in finding the best company to realize your project.
